Your privacy is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and how it is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
You can browse this website without providing your consent to cookies.

When you contact me through the contact form, I may collect the following information:

- Wedding date and location
- Your message
This information is limited to the details you choose to provide.
Why Your Data Is Collected
The information you provide is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry;
- Check my availability;
- Discuss your wedding plans;
- Prepare a quotation or contract should we decide to work together.
Your personal data is never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.
Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of 12 months after our last exchange.
To provide certain services—such as website hosting or delivering your online gallery—trusted third-party service providers may process your data only to the extent necessary to perform those services.
Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent when you choose to contact me via this website.
Should you decide to book a photography service, some of your personal data will also be processed for the performance of our contract and to comply with legal obligations relating to invoicing and accounting (Article 6(1)(a) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Data Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for a maximum of 12 months after our last communication.
Documents relating to confirmed bookings (contracts, quotations and invoices) are retained for the period required by applicable legal obligations.
Data Security
I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data and limit access to authorised persons only.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your personal data;
- Request restriction of processing;

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Data Hosting
Your personal data is stored within the European Union (EU).
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. No consent banner is therefore needed: there is nothing to accept or decline.
A single technical cookie may be set, and only in one situation: when you open a private gallery by entering its password. Its only purpose is to spare you from typing it again for every photograph.
- Name: gal_ followed by the gallery number
- Purpose: keeping your access to that gallery, and to that one alone
- Lifetime: twelve hours at most, and never beyond the gallery’s end date
- Content: no personal data — only the gallery number, signed
This cookie is strictly necessary for the service you asked for and is therefore exempt from consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act). Declining it would simply mean not being able to open the gallery.
Fonts and all images are served from my own servers: no request is made to Google Fonts or any equivalent service during your visit.
Technical providers
Three providers are involved, each for a specific task. All of them keep the data within the European Union.
- Vercel — website hosting. Briefly processes the IP address needed to deliver the pages; technical logs are not used for any other purpose.
- Supabase — database and the public photographs of the site, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage for the private galleries, in a bucket created under European jurisdiction.
Your IP address is used transiently to limit automated form submissions. It is neither stored nor linked to your message.
Private galleries
When we work together, your photographs are placed in a gallery reserved for you. It is protected by a password I give you and stays available until a date we agree on.
- Each gallery is sealed off: from yours, no photograph from another wedding can be reached.
- Galleries are not listed by search engines.
- The files have no public address: every view goes through a temporary link.
- On request, I delete your gallery and the corresponding files.
Wedding photographs show identifiable people. They are published on this site only with the agreement of the couple concerned; you may withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to me.
